1.0 release candidate
Scopebit is currently 1.0 release-candidate software. Features may change, fail, disappear, or behave differently between releases. You should not treat a beta build as the only copy of important work.
proScopebit Pro passes
Scopebit Pro is offered as a manually renewed access pass, currently intended to cover 30 days per approved order. It does not automatically renew or automatically charge Cash App. Access begins only after the submitted payment has been manually verified and approved.
Do not send a payment unless the official Scopebit billing page shows the current amount, official $cashtag, and a unique Scopebit payment note. Cash App availability and eligibility are governed by Cash App's own terms. Scopebit billing should only be enabled by an operator who is eligible to accept commercial payments.
back up your projects
Scopebit can write to project files. Keep backups or use version control for anything important. You are responsible for reviewing edits before relying on them, especially changes made with AI assistance.
ai output
AI-generated code, explanations, and edits can be incomplete, insecure, outdated, or simply wrong. Scopebit does not guarantee that AI output will compile, run correctly, be secure, or be appropriate for your project. Review and test changes before shipping them.
your projects
You keep your rights to the code and projects you create. Using cloud features gives Scopebit and the services needed to fulfill your request permission to process the submitted content only as needed to provide and operate those features.
acceptable use
Do not use Scopebit to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse infrastructure, distribute malware, violate applicable law, or intentionally infringe other people's rights. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the service or other users.
third-party services
Some Scopebit features depend on third-party hosting, distribution, and AI services. Those services can have their own terms, limits, outages, and policies. Scopebit cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party systems.
no warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the release candidate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
changes
These terms may change as Scopebit moves through beta and toward a stable release. Continuing to use the service after an updated version is posted means you are using Scopebit under the updated terms.
